Our Promise

doglistener.co.uk promises to respect any personal data you share with us and keep it safe.  We aim to be clear when we collect and process your data and not do anything you wouldn’t reasonably expect to be done with your data.

Protecting your privacy and data is of extreme importance for us. We’ve made updates to our Privacy policy to provide more details and transparency that comply with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Information we hold

If you have purchased goods from our online store then we hold your name and address, telephone number and the goods that you have purchased plus the information shown in logs below. What we do not have is your financial information such as credit cards or PayPal details. We choose not to have them listed or stored.  When you make a purchase that information goes directly to the providers of these payments such as Paypal through a seamless secure portal.

If you have signed up to our site to place comments or to receive our amazing newsletter, then all we hold is your email and name. We guarantee that they will never be sold or shared with any party outside doglistener. We do not purchase names or lists, all the people on our mailing lists are either clients that have purchased from us or have signed up to our newsletter or comments are, or they are behavioural clients of Stan Rawlinson the Doglistener.

Logs

doglistener.co.uk logs all site visits and transactions. We collect the same standard information as any other online store: Such as the type of browser you are using, your IP address, ISP domain, time, date, pages viewed, and length of time that you spend visiting our site.  or you have signed up for our newsletter then the only information we have is your Email Address and name. That is never shared with any third party

This data isn’t used for any reason other than to keep you updated on new behavioural news and advice that comes freely available through newsletters and updates. We won’t share the specifics with anybody.  We respect your right to electronic anonymity.
