The Jingler

Doglistener Leads

The Jingler is a simple device that clips on to the lead. Designed and developed by Stan Rawlinson (Doglistener) it works on sound therapy, by making your dog concentrate on the behaviour you are changing. The repetition of the jingle and either a change of direction or a command, conditions your dog so that it associates the sound with a movement or command. The technique reinforces and rewards good behaviour and checks and is non rewarding for bad behaviour.

It comes with full instructions. However I would strongly recommend purchasing the DVD, as this shows the techniques being used on dogs that I have never met or trained before* And graphically and visually illustrates all the different techniques for using the Jingler.

I also recommend using my own (Doglistener) leads as they are a specific length to allow the technique to be used effectively it also has a special clip for the Jingler and if you feel it is not the best lead you have ever had then just return it. And I will refund your payment (less postage)

Whistles

My collars come in two sizes small/medium and medium/large. Style and comfort are the main features of these exclusive Doglistener collars. The range of colours matches my cushion web leads.

Made with tactile web material it is strong and hardwearing but with a surprisingly soft feel for your dogs comfort. Fully machine washable. Small/Medium from 9 to 13.5 inches. Medium/Large 13 to 21.5 inches.

Specialised Acme whistle. In dog training circles these are the whistles that all the people in the know use. They are specifically manufactured so all the whistles with this exclusive number on are manufactured to the exact same pitch, meaning if you lost one you would not have to acclimatise the dog to a new sounding whistle.

This whistle is a 211.5 and comes with a unique Doglistener lanyard and instructions on recall techniques and how to set the whistle to your dog<.

Muzzles

DVD

I prefer the Mesh type Muzzles as they are lighter and more acceptable to dogs. Comes in a number of sizes small, medium, and large. All my muzzles come with a set of instructions on how to introduce the Muzzle to your dog in a kind and acceptable way so your dog is not distressed or concerned by wearing it.
